Air cleaning in the classroom and how we can reduce the risk of spreading the virus in our places of learning.

Air cleaning in the classroom is essentially a research project showing and demonstrating how we can purify the air in our places of learning.

Through this research, it has produced a number of results including methods on how to significantly reduce aerosol concentrations in indoor spaces.

The risk of SARS-CoV-2 contamination, provided that good equipment is used can be almost eradicated.

These groundbreaking results have inspired more scientists and engineers to carry on this fundamental research about how air cleaning can reduce the risk of airborne viruses.

What does this mean for students and teachers?

This means that if this project is put in motion we will see an increasing number of air purifiers installed in our schools.

Adding on to previous points these filters could be a sign of reassurance and safety among students making them more confident in classrooms.
